"Twilight", Schmilight...

Ok, I just have to ask a question... I understand that many people are caught up in the whole "Twilight" movement that seems to be becoming more of an era. But please - will someone tell me - what is the big hoopla deal about Robert Pattison???? Is it me, or doesn't he look like a homely skeleton who just rolled out of bed and didn't do his hair? I'm hearing all kinds of stories of "When we went to see the movies, every girl in the theatre was screaming the moment he came on the screen!" WHY, OH WHY????? Maybe it's more because of his character. I, myself, will admit that I find Dr. Gregory House attractive (although, my hubby it's the best... :) ), but it's not because he's some hottie. Many women will tell you..."There's just something about him." I think it's the vast knowledge, power, and somewhat of a sense of cockiness that the character has that makes him popular. So, if that's the case with "Edward Cullen" (other attributes, obviously), then I'll give you that. But if it's just about his looks - HE'S GROSS!!! Does anyone else feel the way I do?
